When APC rented the air with the change slogan while
campaigning during the last general elections, and some of us insisted that
they define and articulate this change, we were thoroughly denigrated. But
presently, the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed is
telling us about the government's plan to launch a campaign about "Change
begins with you". Does this not amount to acting before thinking and after
thought? Or is APC now pushing the responsibility of its change mantra to other
people as if it's no longer an APC project?
